Refund policy
We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request any return.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase when purchasing from us physically

If your “return request” is accepted, we’ll send you our return shipping address label as well as instructions on how to best re-pack it and where to send your package to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return by email, will not be accepted for refund.
We may also ask you to send us proof photos and a description of the issue too if any.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.

Exceptions / non-returnable items.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send us a return “order request” first to check that the item is eligible for return or not.
not all items are returnable.
if the item is accepted for “exchange return” And provided it is in the exact same good condition dispatched and not damaged we will issue a full refund for the cost of the order after checking the item/s that returned to us are in good condition. you have 7days to return items
and then you can make a separate purchase for the new item you wanted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returning order,, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
